Description

Steel formwork is a versatile tool-type template comprised of a limited set of modular plates and accessories. It can be assembled to create various geometric shapes of different sizes to suit the construction needs of a wide range of building elements such as beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, and can also be applied for purposes like formwork, tunnel formwork.

Classification

Steel Formwork is categorized into four types:

1.Flat Formwork: Used for the flat sections of various structural elements like foundations, walls, beams, slabs, and columns. It consists of panels and ribs, with a panel thickness of 4mm and rib thickness of 6mm. The ribs have U-shaped slots and are assembled into large panels using U-shaped clips and L-shaped pins, among other components.

2.Internal Corner Formwork: Designed for concrete component internal corners, such as inside wall corners, internal angles of water tanks, and junctions between beams and slabs.

3.External Corner Formwork: Primarily employed for concrete component external corners. This versatile system streamlines construction processes, enhances efficiency, and offers economic benefits through its reusability and precision.
