Steel walings, H20 timber beams, and additional connecting components make up H20 timber beam wall formwork. Formwork panels with varying widths and heights can be built using these components, contingent upon the H20 beam length up to 6.0 meters.
The necessary steel walings are made in accordance with project-specific tailored lengths. The steel waling and waling connectors' longitudinally formed holes produce consistently varying tight connections (tension and compression). Four wedge pins and a waling connector ensure that every waling joint is securely fastened together.
Panel struts, also known as push-pull props, are installed on the steel waling to facilitate the assembly of formwork panels. The height of the formwork panels is taken into consideration when choosing the panel strut length.
Working and concreting platforms are fixed to the wall formwork using the top console bracket. This includes the steel pipes, pipe couplers, planks, and top console bracket.
