Trench Box
Desxription:
Trench boxes are widely used in underground construction for the pipe laying projects. Its material is Q235. For standard trench box, the maximum working depth is 3600mm and maximum working width is 1200m. For heightened trench boxes, the maximum working height is 1500mm, and maximum working depth is 6000mm.

Assembly process
1. Put the timber beam on flat ground, fix the four corners of the panel with a hook, and place the panel on the wooden square with a Tower crane or excavator
2. Plac mushroom spring on panel track, and fix it with Ø30pin L=175
3. Place the spindle on mushroom spring, and secure with Ø30 pin L=155
4. Place mushroom spring on spindle and secure it with Ø30 pin L=155
5. Fix the four corners of the panel with a hook, lift it to match Mushroom Spring and panel, and fix it with Ø30pin L=175
6. Fix the four corners of the panel with a hook and lift the trench box straight
7. If it is necessary to install the heightening joint, place the top panel above the base panel and combine it when lifting the first base panel, install the connector and fix it with Φ 30L = 175, and then continue the installation process.
