    CHINA LIANGGONG ACS Hydraulic Self-climbing Formwork System Concrete Wall Formwork for High-rise Building Construction

    Hydraulic self-climbing formwork is a self-climbing formwork that attaches itself to walls. The power source for this system is its hydraulic jacking system. This hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic cylinder and an upper and lower reversing box. The climbing of the guide rail and the frame can be controlled by the reversing box. Climbing both the formwork frame and the guide rail can be used mutually by us with the system that is hydraulic, hence getting the hydraulic self-climbing formwork to climb steadily upwards.

    The hydraulic self-climbing formwork is wall-attached self-climbing formwork. It uses its hydraulic jacking system as its power source. The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic cylinder and an upper and lower reversing box. The function of the reversing box is to control the climbing activity of the guide rail and the frame. The climbing system between the formwork frame and the guide rail can be achieved through the hydraulic system of mutual climbing, thus enabling the hydraulic self-climbing formwork to climb upwards steadily. This kind of hydraulic self-climbing formwork uses no other lifting equipment in the construction process. It is easy to operate with a fast speed of climbing as well as high safety. It can climb both straight and diagonally, and thus it is primarily used for high-rise building construction and bridge construction.

    Features:


     1. The hydraulic self-climbing formwork system can climb in one piece or as a unit, with smooth, synchronous, and safe climbing.
     2. Once assembled, the frame of the climbing formwork only descends after the top has been completed. This not only saves construction space but also reduces the damage caused to the formwork (especially the panels) since the primary drop is not at ground level.
    3. Supplying an all-inclusive operating platform, the construction unit does not have to waste materials and labor to re-build the operating platform, which enhances safety.
    4. Structural construction errors are small, deviation correction is simple, and construction errors can be eliminated layer by layer.
    5. The climbing speed is fast, which can improve the progress of project construction (average 5 days per layer).
    The formwork is self-climbing and can be cleaned in situ, therefore reducing the lifting times of the tower crane.
