Hydraulic self-climbing formwork
The hydraulic auto-climbing formwork is a self-climbing formwork device mounted to a wall and powered by its own hydraulic system. The components consist of an oil cylinder, upper and lower commutators, rain shelter, and pump. These components enable the switching of lifting force on the main bracket or climbing rail. With the power by the hydraulic system, the main bracket and climbing rail are able to climb respectively. The loaded bearing system consists of an anchor system, which includes a tensile bolt, washer, climbing cone, high-strength tie rod, and anchor plate.
Categories of hydraulic auto-climbing systems
Diagonal bracing for building a wall under approximately 4 meters in height at once.
Truss type suitable for building walls under about 7.5 meters in height at once.
Main functions of each platform
Suspend platform is used to disassemble hanging seat, climbing cone(by using taken out tool to remove) and repair wall surface.
A hydraulic platform is utilized to operate a hydraulic system for raising the bracket and climbing rail.
The primary function is to alter the formwork and to enter or quit the formwork.
A formwork platform is utilized for the installation of tie rods, push-pull props, and other components.
The top platform is utilized for pouring concrete, securing steel bars, and stacking goods within the specified load limit.
The hydraulic auto-climbing formwork can ascend as a unified unit or separately. The climbing process is consistent, coordinated, and secure.
The brackets of the auto-climbing formwork system will remain in place until the construction phase is completed to save space on the site and prevent damage to the formwork, particularly the panel.
It offers comprehensive operating systems. The contractors do not require additional operational platforms, leading to cost savings on materials and labor, and enhancing safety.
The structural construction error is minor. Correcting the construction error can be easily done by addressing it floor by floor.
The formwork system has a rapid ascending speed. It can accelerate the entire construction process, reducing the time needed for each level to an average of 5 days.
The formwork has self-climbing capabilities and can be cleaned in place, resulting in a significant reduction in the need for a tower crane.
