Product Description

Trench boxes are widely implemented in underground building, specifically for pipe laying projects. The material is Q235. The maximum working depth of a standard trench box is 3600mm, and the maximum working width is 1200m. For trench boxes of heightening, the maximum working height is 1500mm, and the maximum working depth is 6000mm.

Assembly process

1. Put the timber beam on flat ground, fix the four corners of the panel with a hook, and place the panel on the wooden square with Tower crane or excavator
2. Plac mushroom spring on the panel track, and fix it with Ø30pin L=175
3. Place the spindle on the mushroom spring and fix it using pin Ø30 L=155
4. Place the mushroom spring on the spindle and secure it with pin Ø30 L=155
5. Panel: four corners fixed with a hook, lift to match Mushroom Spring and panel, fix with Ø30pin L=175
6. Trench box: four corners fixed with a hook and lifted straight up
7. If it is necessary to install the heightening joint, place the top panel above the base panel and combine it when lifting the first base panel, install the connector, and fix with Φ 30L = 175, then continue with the installation process.
