Description

One type of formwork used for floor pouring is table formwork, which is extensively employed in underground structures, high-rise buildings, and multi-story factory buildings. Table formwork sets can be hoisted by a lifting fork to a higher level during construction and reused without needing to be disassembled. It has the advantages of being reusable, having an easy-to-disassemble structure, and being simpler than traditional formwork. The old-fashioned slab support system made of steel props, wood boards, and cuplocks has been replaced. Not only has the building accelerated, but manpower has been saved to a large extent.

Table Formwork Size

The typical table formwork unit comes in two sizes: 2.44*4.88m and 3.3*5m. But the non-standard table formwork can be used for atypical floor casting.

Methods of connecting the major parts of the table formwork

1. A self-tapping screw connects the plywood and secondary beam.

2. An angle connector connects the main beam and secondary beam.

3. The table head connects the main beam with the steel prop.

Putting together table formwork

1. Place the table heads in the intended order.

2. Adjust the primary beams

3. Use an angle connection to fasten the auxiliary beams to the main beam.

4. Tape screws into the plywood to fix it.

5. Position the steel prop.
